5 -week online introduction course to the piano playing
Service Description
- 10 sessions - 5 weeks -$200 or $20,-/week - Mondays 1 - 2 pm and Thursdays 11 am - 12 pm ( each class is delivered twice a week, attend either one or both for better results) - Live sessions via Zoom, small groups, limited numbers - All materials included ( sheet music, practice videos, lesson notes, resource links, etc.) and are accessible in your personalized online Student Portal folder , access and print at any time; - After completion of Quick start M1 be ready to take-off and continue learning by yourself, take a few individual lessons or join the Quick Start Module 2 , to further your competence.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Make-Up Policy: All booked lessons are to be paid for; Lessons can be canceled online via a Student Portal at any time; Please text/call Mrs. Anna to request cancellation / re-scheduling. Re-scheduled lessons cannot be canceled / re-scheduled again, fees apply. A canceled lesson is automatically converted to an available lesson slot and can be booked by another student at any time; The cancellation deadline is 24 hours before the lesson; All lessons, canceled up to 24 hours before the lesson will be given a make- up credit; There are max 1 makeup credit per time; Makeup credits can be used to book a makeup lesson on designated makeup days or available makeup slots - in all lesson locations; The expiration period for the makeups is 70 days; All lessons canceled after 24-hour cancellation deadline attract a default lesson fee, no makeup credit is given; Any individual circumstances should be communicated/ discussed directly with Mrs. Anna.
