All lessons are booked and pre-paid in advance.

The booking deadline is 1 hour prior to the lesson start.

All booked lessons attract lesson fee charged to the student’s / family’s account.

Lessons can be canceled online via a Student Portal at any time; Please text/call Mrs. Anna to request cancellation / re-scheduling.

To be eligible for a makeup credit (= ability to reschedule the lesson at no extra cost) the cancellation needs to be done within 1 hr. before the lesson;

Re-scheduled lessons cannot be canceled / re-scheduled again, fees apply.

A canceled lesson is automatically converted to an available lesson slot and can be booked by another student at any time;

All lessons, canceled up to 1 hour before the lesson will be given a make- up credit;

There are max 1 makeup credit per student at any time;

Makeup credits can be used to book a makeup lesson on designated makeup days or available makeup slots - in all lesson locations, in recitals, or other paid events.

All make - Up credits expire by the end of the term.

All lessons canceled after 1-hour cancellation deadline attract a default lesson fee; no makeup credit is given;
